Position Summary We are seeking a reliable Remote Administrative Assistant to support our administrative and operational functions. This role involves managing patient communications scheduling appointments maintaining records and ensuring smooth workflow across our virtual office systems.
Key Responsibilities -
Manage phone calls emails and digital inquiries from patients.

Schedule confirm and coordinate appointments for providers and patients.

Maintain organized patient records and administrative documentation.

Assist with billing insurance coordination and office reporting.

Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications -
High school diploma required; associate or bachelors degree preferred.

Proven administrative or office support experience preferably in healthcare.

Proficient in Microsoft Office EHR systems and digital communication tools.

Strong organizational communication and multitasking skills.

Ability to work independently and reliably in a remote environment.
