About the Role
Join us as theGlobal BettingPlatform CommercialLead playing a key role in deliveringSportsbetscore betting platform across Product Risk&Trading Compliance and Operations to align stakeholders translate complex requirements and drive commercial valuewithout compromising compliance or operational integrity.
Key Accountabilities
Develop and embed commercial strategy into the Global Betting Platformroadmap ensuring parity andidentifyinggrowth opportunities
Lead gap analysis workshops prioritise demands and guide backlog grooming and release planning
Act as the commercial lead and single point of contact for GBPmaintainingstrong cross-functional alignment
Track commercial OKRs support change management and adapt plans based on feedbackand evolving business needs
About You
Proactive self-starter with a customerfirst mindset and a passion for innovation
Strong facilitator communicator and confident presenter at executive levels
Structured thinker withdemonstratedexperience in Commercial Strategy Product Risk&Trading or Transformationroles
Familiarity with the Flutter Tech ecosystem and the Global Betting Platform
Experience in betting gaming or regulated industries preferably with platform transformations
Skilled at influencing across teams and balancing commercial regulatory and operational goals
