Raytheon - Air and Space Defense Systems (ASDS) is seeking a Program Manager - Deputy to join a growing team within the Space Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (S-ISR) Sub-Strategic Business Unit (SSBU).

What You Will Do

Lead the initiation planning execution monitoring and close-out of government programs ensuring compliance with scope schedule budget and federal contracting requirement
Serve as a liaison between agency contracting officers internal executives and partner organizations to clarify deliverables resolve issues and maintain positive performance ratings
Manage contract modifications option year renewals and performance assessments; ensure accurate documentation timely reporting and compliance
Lead organizational change initiatives process improvements and systems integration to enhance operational efficiency and compliance
Produce detailed reports data visualizations and strategic recommendations for senior leadership

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a Bachelors degree in a related field with a minimum of 8 years project management program management business relations intelligenceoperations intelligence (signals) analysis or a relative field
Experience working in direct support of customers and with direct and frequent customer interaction
An and in-scope TS/SCI CI Poly U.S. government issued security clearance is for consideration. U.S. citizenship is as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Qualifications We Prefer

Demonstrated experience withenterprise risk management frameworks
Experience in risk management program management or operations within the defense intelligence or federal contracting environment
Experience in global operations program oversight or contract execution
Experience working in direct support of customers and with direct and frequent customer interaction

The salary range for this role is 101000 USD - 203000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
