Project Manager Drive Success in eCommerce at Luzern eCommerce

About the Role
Were looking for a Project Manager to play a key role in onboarding new clients and delivering successful marketplace and webstore launches. This is a hands-on delivery role where youll coordinate timelines manage integrations and act as the primary point of contact to ensure our clients have a seamless start with Luzern eCommerce.
What Youll Be Doing
- Client Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process from kick-off through to go-live.
- Marketplace & Store Launches: Coordinate new launches across multiple marketplaces branded webstores and other key platforms.
- System Integrations: Oversee integrations with ERP OMS CMS and payment systems working closely with technical teams.
- Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact during onboarding providing clear updates and managing expectations.
- Project Coordination: Maintain project plans track milestones flag risks early and resolve blockers quickly.
- Cross-Functional Management: Drive seamless communication between engineering sales account management operations customer service and finance teams.
- Handover: Ensure smooth transition of clients to the account management team post-launch
- Scalable Processes: Develop and implement scalable project management frameworks with reusability at their core.
- Continuous Improvement: Conduct cost analyses execute project reviews and enhance processes to optimize efficiency.
Requirements
What You Bring to the Role
- Experience: 2-4 years as a client-facing Project Manager managing complex eCommerce or technical projects.
- Project Expertise: Qualification in Project Management (e.g. PMP Prince) and experience handling multiple simultaneous projects.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced MS Office skills confident in Project Plan tools familiarity with APIs integrations and a strong technical aptitude.
- eCommerce knowledge: Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central Shopify Magento or other platforms is advantageous.
- Education: MSc or equivalent qualification.
