WHY THIS IS YOUR CHANCE:

We are looking for a data-driven and experienced Marketing / Growth Manager to join our team and help lead our growth efforts.

Youre ambitious fast and have experience building and owning a full GTM strategy. You love the autonomy and are keen to build own and deliver exponential growth in DACH and later expand into the rest of Europe/US. You will find creative ways for growth and like to run data-driven experiments.

You will be a core part of shaping PULTs growth efforts working hand in hand with our founders sales and design teams. This is your opportunity to join a fast-growing startup in one of the hottest markets.

Tasks

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

  • Take full ownership of our top-funnel activities: from email marketing to website and SEA driving continuous optimization and innovation
  • Build and optimize outbound sequences with the best tools on the market and experiment with new strategies
  • Explore and leverage the latest AI tools to improve efficiency and growth
  • Lead channel testing to expand our reach and unlock new growth opportunities
  • Work closely with business development and sales to achieve ARR growth targets
  • Measure quantify and report on campaign and strategy performance
  • Develop positioning messaging and GTM strategies and successfully launch new products to market
  • Collaborate directly with our founders and play an active role in building the team
  • Make sure PULT stands out loudly and clearly in the market

Requirements

  • 23 years of relevant experience in demand generation online marketing or growth ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong skills in content creation and storytelling you know how to craft email campaigns that grab attention and drive action
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (CRM) Clay or similar tools
  • Proven ability to set up and automate outreach sequences
  • Thrive in a fast-paced high-growth startup environment: entrepreneurial fast learner and resourceful
  • Excellent organizational project management and prioritization skills
  • Strong communication skills written visual and verbal
  • Fluent in German and English
