Job Summary
Must-Haves:
5 years of IT experience
2 years of Agile scrum master experience managing large technology projects
Be disciplined organized
Possess ability to manage large scale global teams
Highly proficient in MS Office and familiar with Microsoft Azure DevOps
Basic understanding of Scaled Agile (SAFe) guiding principals
Experienced in setting up project timeline and work breakdown structure
Experienced in using Agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum Kanban etc.
Experience driving team improvements and sharing agile best practices
Aptitude to quickly understand systems and technical concepts to explain to business partners
Aptitude to identify project requirements
Self-motivated and enthusiastic with proven creative and critical thinking capabilities
Understands and deals well with rapid development cycles; remains flexible and calm in the face of uncertainty
Ability to lead productive ceremonies identify decisions made and clearly state action items
Strong verbal written presentation and interpersonal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and focus on task completion
Be empathetic to needs of the customers delivery team and stakeholders while maintaining an assertive leadership and communications style
