MW Partners is currently seeking a Sr. Product Manager to work for our client who is a global leader in multimedia and creativity software products.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Diagnose and frame journeys: Map end-to-end flows identify breakdowns and surface implications for customers and the business.
- Drive closure with velocity: Create executive-ready narratives decks and artifacts that bring clarity and force action.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment: Lead discussions across Product Marketing and GTM teams ensuring tradeoffs and risks are clearly understood.
- Balance data and insight: Size and prioritize opportunities using both quantitative analysis and qualitative input from customer interviews and user tests.
- Ensure accountability: Track post-launch performance identify gaps and hold teams accountable for addressing customer friction.
- Influence without authority: Shape executive decisions and organizational priorities through clarity persistence and strong storytelling.
Requirements:
- MBA preferred (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5 years of experience in product management strategy or product marketing-ideally within consumer software.
- Proven ability to manage through ambiguity assess tradeoffs and thoughtfully prioritize with imperfect data.
- Strong experience producing executive-facing narratives and presentations that simplify complexity and influence decisions.
- Excellent collaboration skills with a track record of aligning diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with creative/design tools and workflows a plus
