Job Description
Job Title : QA Analyst (Oracle SQL Azure DevOps Case Management Human Services)
Location: Albany NY(Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in testing case management systems preferably within a human services platform.
- Skilled in developing and maintaining user guides technical documentation and project process documentation for application teams.
- Proven ability to coordinate communication between technical staff and management through written reports and recurring status meetings.
- Proficient in developing technical and functional testing documentation including test plans test cases and traceability matrices.
- Strong experience writing and optimizing complex Oracle SQL queries using tools such as SQL Developer TOAD or similar database management utilities.
- Practical experience in executing and maintaining manual test cases.
- Knowledge and experience with Azure DevOps for project management version control and test case management.
- Experience in executing and maintaining automated test scripts as part of software testing processes.
