Job Summary
Job Description:
-
Oversee and implement all functions of the Quality Management System including internal audits corrective actions (internal and external) process enhancements and calibration/maintenance of measurement equipment.

Ensure Certificates of Conformance are accurately prepared and properly stored in customer records.

Train Laboratory Technicians and other staff on testing protocols and laboratory procedures.

Maintain compliance with industry standards and verify that all products consistently meet applicable specifications.

Review and confirm that incoming raw materials cast billets and finished products are thoroughly inspected and tested for dimensional and quality requirements.

Monitor and validate that all core processes remain stable effective and under control implementing improvement initiatives when required.

Develop and refine processes for new alloys ensuring critical parameters are tested adjusted and maintained for consistency across all operations.

Provide technical expertise and support to internal teams as well as external customers when necessary.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelors degree in Metallurgical Engineering.

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in metal manufacturing.

3 5 years of experience managing Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015 or similar).

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with proven ability to apply problem-solving tools for process optimization.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel databases etc.).

Excellent communication organizational and leadership abilities.
