Job Summary
Job Description:
14yr experience Lead the design and architecture of SAP Commerce solutions considering scalability performance security and integration aspects.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and architecture designs.
Provide guidance and technical leadership to development teams during the implementation phase.
Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Identify and address technical risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with other solution architects and technical teams to ensure alignment and consistency across multiple projects.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies tools and methodologies to enhance the SAP Commerce platform.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in SAP Commerce and related technologies.
Provide technical guidance and support to project managers developers and other team members.
Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and training to promote best practices and improve the technical expertise of the team.
Be a SPOC for all technical problems and provide solution to complex issues.
Should be willing to work in different time zones.
Must have experience with one or more of the following RDBMS: Oracle MySQL. Hana exposure is a plus.
Strong understanding of transactional and multi-threaded processes
Requirements:
Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development and architecture with at least 4 years of experience in SAP Commerce solution architecture.
Strong knowledge and experience in SAP Commerce platform including SAP Commerce Cloud.
Knowledge of Spartacus. Knowledge of CCV2.
Proficient in Java/J2EE Spring framework and related technologies.
Experience with web technologies such as HTML CSS JavaScript angular jquery and RESTful APIs.
Solid understanding of e-commerce concepts including catalog management order management pricing promotions and payment integration.
Experience with SAP Commerce customization and extension development.
Familiarity with integration technologies and patterns such as SAP ERP integration OData and web services.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to propose innovative and practical solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
SAP Commerce certifications (e.g. SAP Certified Development Professional - SAP Commerce Cloud) are a plus.
Business Travel is mandatory for all SAP consultants
