Job Summary

Title: Architect Residential/Commercial Projects

Location: Delhi

CTC: 10 LPA (Negotiable for deserving candidates)

About the Role

We are seeking an Architect with proven design and execution experience in residential and commercial real estate. The ideal candidate will combine strong creative skills with technical proficiency and will play a lead role in conceptualizing developing and executing architectural designs for ongoing projects in Mohali.

Responsibilities

Coordinate architectural planning and design for assigned projects (residential/commercial)
Collaborate closely with structural civil and MEP consultants to ensure design coordination
Oversee project documentation including BOM detailed drawings client presentations and local regulations
Coordinate with clients vendors and contractors to ensure timely project delivery
Do any other task as required during the role.

Requirements

Must Haves

from a recognized university
Minimum 4 years experience in architectural design and execution for residential or commercial construction
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD SketchUp Revit and MS Office Suite
Excellent understanding of Indian building codes and NBC
Creative flair with attention to detail and technical accuracy
Strong verbal and written communication skills
