Job Responsibility Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders through interviews workshops and research.

Analyze and interpret data to identify trends patterns and insights that drive business decisions.

Develop detailed business cases to support proposed initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize requirements and define project scope.

Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of project objectives.

Create clear and concise documentation including business process diagrams functional specifications and user stories.

Conduct thorough testing of solutions to validate functionality and ensure alignment with business requirements.

Provide ongoing support and guidance to business users including training and troubleshooting assistance.

Monitor project progress and performance metrics to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.

Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in business analysis to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.
