About the Role
We are a rapidly growing restaurant chain with 7 outlets currently operating and ambitious plans to expand to 20 outlets in the next 3 months. We are looking for a Head Chef cum Quality Head who can play a pivotal role in ensuring consistent taste food innovation hygiene standards and quality control across all outlets.
This is a high-impact role where you will shape the food DNA of the brand set up strong SOPs and work closely with the founding team to scale operations.
Key Responsibilities
Culinary Leadership

Develop standardize and refine recipes for all menu items including snacks and sweets.

Ensure taste portion size and presentation remain uniform across outlets.

Drive new product development and seasonal launches to keep the menu fresh and competitive.
Quality & Hygiene Management
-
Implement and monitor FSSAI compliance HACCP practices and food safety guidelines across all kitchens.

Establish robust quality-check processes for raw materials semi-prepared items and final output.

Train and audit kitchen teams on hygiene and food handling standards.
Operations & Scale-Up

Create SOPs and recipe cards to ensure seamless replication of dishes across multiple outlets.

Work with supply chain and procurement teams to source high-quality cost-effective raw materials.

Build and lead a centralized kitchen quality system to support rapid expansion.
Team Building & Training

Hire train and mentor kitchen staff and outlet chefs.
-
Conduct regular workshops to upskill staff on new techniques plating standards and hygiene protocols.

Foster a culture of discipline innovation and accountability within kitchen teams.
Requirements

8–15 years of professional experience in QSR snacking companies or large-format restaurants with multi-outlet exposure.

Strong background in recipe standardization taste profiling and food quality systems.

Proven track record in setting up or managing a centralized kitchen is a plus.

Deep knowledge of food safety regulations audits and certifications.

Excellent leadership training and team management skills.

Based in or willing to relocate to Noida.
