Drive Regional Business Growth: Lead business development planning market segments and creating winning value propositions validated by market needs.

Execute Market Strategy: Conduct thorough market/competitive analysis to inform strategic and tactical plans for sustainable sales and market share gain.

Lead Customer Acquisition: Secure product qualifications approvals prototype orders and initial business from target accounts.

Manage Key Relationships: Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with accounts to influence buying decisions and achieve an A Grade customer rating.

Coordinate Internal Operations: Liaise with Technical Quality Production and Costing teams to explore development possibilities and prepare profitable sales offers/budgets.

Manage Sales Cycle & Logistics: Ensure regular orders through customer visits track market share oversee contract-based payment collection and coordinate material recycling logistics.

Strategic Planning & Reporting: Develop short mid and long-term budget plans and provide regular detailed updates on business development and customer contact information.
