Job Summary

Background: Merchandising/supplyis e-commerce
Supply chain for made-to-order garment production.

Location: HSR Layout Bengaluru
Experience: 5-8 Years
Industry: Garments / Textile / Apparel / D2C

What you will do

Set up and manage supply chain for made-to-order garment production.
Handle vendor relationships for fabrics digital printing and stitching units.
Map production workflows that can scale with demand.
Work closely with the tech team to ensure digital designs are production-feasible.

What we are looking for:

3-6 years in garment/textile manufacturing or D2C ops.
Strong vendor/cluster contacts (Tiruppur/Surat/Delhi a big plus).
Experience in fast-paced environments with lean ops.
Ability to build processes from scratch and scale efficiently.

Salary: 5-6 LPA Plus ESOPs
