KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Technical and amp; Non-Technical Hiring (End-to-End)
- Source screen and evaluate resumes for technical and non-technical roles.
- Conduct HR screening calls.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage job postings and hiring pipelines.
2. HR Operations and amp; Confidential Documentation
- Maintain employee files NDAs non-competes appraisals and salary documents.
- Ensure strict confidentiality.
- Prepare offers appointment letters confirmations appraisals warnings exits.
3. Onboarding and amp; Induction
- Run onboarding end-to-end.
- Set up IDs emails documentation and policy orientation.
4. Attendance Leave and amp; Discipline Management
- Monitor attendance.
- Enforce punctuality and leave policies.
- Escalate discipline issues.
5. Performance and amp; Culture Integration
- Assist leadership with KPIs and review cycles.
- Maintain a culture of clarity and accountability.
6. Exit Process Management
- Full exit workflow and interviews.
REQUIRED SKILLS and amp; QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree; HR specialization preferred.
- 45 years HR experience with strong hiring ownership.
- Experience with technical hiring required.
- Strong confidentiality documentation and communication skills.
