Job Description:
The responsibilities of the Sr. QA Engineer at Clean Power Finance includes:
- Develop state-of-the-art automation framework and tools (to test UI and Apis)
- Automate tests that are robust and maintainable
- Participate in the planning development and testing of key features provide feedback on testability during design reviews
- Develop test plans/ cases
- Execute tests both automated and manual to effectively validate releases.
- Monitor health of live site and provide great quality of service
- Ability to work independently with a small QA team
- Effectively work with cross functional teams
Qualifications:
- 3 years of professional software testing and development experience of web applications
- Strong development skills in C/Java/PHP (1 object oriented language and 1 scripting language)
- Proficient in writing database queries
- Proven capabilities in building test automation solutions from scratch for complex distributed web applications
- Proven track record of documenting test cases with effective coverage
- Proven track record working in an agile environment highly desired
- Excellent oral and written communication skills along with strong team skills are required
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline required
Preferred Qualifications:
- UI automation with Selenium Webdriver
- Familiarity with CI automation
- Load testing
