Group Account Director
INNOCEAN USA a full-service ad agency located in sunny Huntington Beach CA is seeking a Group Account Director to help lead our client business in the QSR category.
We are a hybrid workplace currently x3 days week in-office. Candidates must be local to SoCal.
We are looking for a hands-on results-driven Group Account Director with extensive experience in content creation (brand integrated campaigns social partnerships print & photography digital video) and leading complex multi-tiered accounts across traditional social experiential and digital business lines. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food/QSR industry and a proven track record in both traditional and digital marketing efforts.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Campaign Strategy and Execution: Develop and oversee the execution of comprehensive marketing strategies for product campaigns across TV print digital and paid social channels. Ensure that each campaign aligns with the brands overall objectives and resonates with the target audience.
- Client Objectives and Goals: Set plan achieve and exceed client objectives and goals. Create strategies for clients that go beyond individual campaigns ensuring long-term brand growth and success.
- Innovation and Brand Management: Innovate and push brand innovation while managing day-to-day tasks. Continuously seek new ways to enhance the brands presence and engagement across all marketing channels.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing agency team developing outstanding client relationships. Motivate and inspire cross-functional teams both internally and across the clients Inter Agency Team (IAT). Mentor and manage junior Account Team.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other department leads to maximize efficiencies and ensure client satisfaction. Act as a bridge between the client and internal teams promoting open communication and seamless integration.
- Financial Management: Deliver projects within budget and on-time. Manage and support the development of the annual scope of work ensuring financial goals are met.
- Agency Growth: Support agency growth with a focus on generating new opportunities within the clients business portfolio. Contribute to new business development and the expansion of the agencys client portfolio.
- Client Representation: Independently craft and represent the agencys point of view on a host of issues. Ensure that the agencys strategies and recommendations are effectively communicated and implemented.
- Consumer Insights: Foster a culture driven by consumer insights ensuring that all marketing efforts are informed by a deep understanding of the target audience client and agency goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10 years of experience in brand management strategic thinking and brand planning at an advertising agency.
- Experience in the food/QSR industry HIGHLY preferred.
- Ad agency experience is a MUST
- Understanding of the operation of an ad agency model.
- Ability to support agency goals and new business development.
- Extensive experience in client management and leading teams.
- Fluent in digital transformation and its impact on marketing efforts.

The salary for this role is $185000. Pay is dependent uponseveralfactorsincluding but not limited to: experience client training and/or transferable skills.
