Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic data-driven Senior Commercial Sales Director to head BullBags Commercial Sales Department. This leader will own all commercial sales activities across contractors governmental accounts and disposal services including sales to retail hardware stores and related channels. The role includes building and leading regional commercial sales teams driving growth initiatives in collaboration with Marketing and ensuring excellence in execution through a world-class coach-driven sales this role you will also have your own reduced territory making you a player/coach.
Responsibilities *Lead and manage all commercial sales efforts across BullBags 13-state operating footprint.
*Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy for:
Contractors and commercial accounts
Governmental and public sector disposal services
Retail hardware stores and related distribution channels
*Recruit hire and develop regional commercial salespeople across field territories; build and manage outside sales teams.
*Establish a data-driven sales organization with robust KPIs forecasting territory planning and performance metrics.
*Collaborate with Marketing to drive penetration in all growth initiatives campaigns and go-to-market programs.
*Drive B2C-like services sales (business-to-consumer exposure for services) where applicable ensuring a seamless customer experience for end-users.
*Implement and optimize Salesforce-based sales processes reporting and analytics; ensure all teams are Salesforce-enabled and data-informed.
*Provide ongoing coaching leadership and development to field sales teams to build a world-class high-performance culture.
*Own reporting for senior leadership including sales pipeline forecast accuracy quota attainment CAC/LTV metrics and territory performance.
*Partner with Operations Customer Success and Finance to ensure alignment on pricing margins and service execution.
*Identify market opportunities competitive threats and customer needs; translate insights into actionable sales initiatives.
Qualifications *Proven track record leading commercial sales in a multi-state (13-state) environment; experience with contractors governmental accounts and disposal services preferred.
*Strong B2B and B2C sales experience for services including construction remodeling restoration ; demonstrated ability to sell complex service solutions.
*Demonstrated success building and leading outside field sales teams; experience coaching mentoring and scaling a high-performance sales organization.
*Solid expertise in Salesforce (CRM) with hands-on experience implementing and managing sales processes dashboards and reporting.
*Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into actionable strategy and tactics.
*Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
*Ability to recruit and onboard regional sales representatives and build a sustainable talent pipeline.
*Strong collaboration skills; experience working with Marketing to drive demand generation and market penetration.
*Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
