We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Manager who not only excels in driving sales but also brings strong analytical problem-solving and SQL expertise to optimize sales strategies and execution.
Drive inside sales operations including lead generation prospect engagement pipeline management and closures.
Collaborate with the Business Development and Marketing teams to develop effective sales campaigns and conversion strategies.
Use SQL and data analytics to track analyze and report sales performance funnel metrics and campaign effectiveness.
Identify trends insights and opportunities to improve lead quality conversion rates and revenue growth.
Design and implement data-driven sales dashboards reports and forecasting models.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Product Ops and Data) to solve business challenges and optimize client acquisition.
Mentor and guide the inside sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Continuously improve processes tools and playbooks for higher efficiency and scale.
47 years of experience in Inside Sales preferably in fast-growing startups.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong knowledge of SQL with the ability to query extract and manipulate data.
Solid analytical skills with experience using tools like Excel Google Sheets
Excellent problem-solving skills with a structured data-driven approach to decision-making.
Strong communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced ambiguous startup environment.
Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or related fields. MBA is a plus.
