We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Manager who not only excels in driving sales but also brings strong analytical problem-solving and SQL expertise to optimize sales strategies and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive inside sales operations including lead generation prospect engagement pipeline management and closures.

  • Collaborate with the Business Development and Marketing teams to develop effective sales campaigns and conversion strategies.

  • Use SQL and data analytics to track analyze and report sales performance funnel metrics and campaign effectiveness.

  • Identify trends insights and opportunities to improve lead quality conversion rates and revenue growth.

  • Design and implement data-driven sales dashboards reports and forecasting models.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Product Ops and Data) to solve business challenges and optimize client acquisition.

  • Mentor and guide the inside sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

  • Continuously improve processes tools and playbooks for higher efficiency and scale.

Requirements

  • 47 years of experience in Inside Sales preferably in fast-growing startups.

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong knowledge of SQL with the ability to query extract and manipulate data.

  • Solid analytical skills with experience using tools like Excel Google Sheets

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a structured data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Strong communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced ambiguous startup environment.

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or related fields. MBA is a plus.
