The Role
As a Senior Inside Sales Coordinator with Worley Support the sales team by coordinating proposals qualifications presentations and maintaining sales collateral. Ensure efficient use of the sales process and manage smaller bids and RFI/RFQ responses.
Duties and responsibilities:
Conduct research on companies customers competitors and markets for strategy development.
Develop and maintain sales documents qualification materials and manage knowledge systems.
Plan and manage responses for proposals RFIs pre-qualifications and EOIs; ensure compliance and quality.
Maintain standards coordinate graphics and production assist in reporting and share best practices.
Collaborate with sales operations and capture managers to develop innovative solutions and win strategies.
