Care Right There Home Care in Glassboro NJ is seeking an experienced Live-In Caregiver to provide compassionate one-on-one care for clients with Autism developmental disabilities and behavioral needs. If you have the patience skills and heart to make a meaningful difference we want to hear from you.

Pay Rate: $180 to $210/day

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with therapies daily living activities including bathing dressing and grooming.
Provide companionship; Engage clients with activities and emotional support.
Manage behavioral needs with empathy and consistency.
Light housekeeping laundry and meal preparation focusing on their specific dietary needs.
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
Consistent communication with your support team.

Requirements:

Experience working with mentally challenged disabled or behavioral clients.
The client is deaf and communicates through sign language.
Requires full assistance with all activities of daily living (ADLs) including:
- Toileting (diapered)
- Bathing and hygiene
- Dressing
- Meal preparation and feeding
- Mobility support including walking and safe transitioning
The client experiences behaviors related to autism including self-injury and tantrums.
Caregivers must be extremely comfortable patient and skilled in managing challenging behaviors while ensuring safety and dignity.
Seizure trained not required but preferred
Licensed driver with a reliable vehicle preferred
CPR certification (required or willing to obtain)
Patience reliability and excellent communication skills.
Ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
NJ Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) preferred but not required training available.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check.

Schedule: Full-time 24/7 coverage including evenings and weekends
