Position Details
- Caseload: Elementary & Middle School
- Schedule: Monday Friday
- Hours: 3040 hours/week
- Dates: ASAP May 2026
- Location: Onsite in Pittsburgh PA schools
Responsibilities
- Assist students with daily living activities mobility feeding and hygiene needs
- Support students in the classroom and during school activities
- Follow care plans and behavior support strategies as directed by staff or medical teams
- Document services and share observations with the support team
- Promote student safety independence and dignity
- Collaborate with educators therapists and nurses to meet student needs
Qualifications
- 48 College Credits OR High School Diploma and successful completion of a reading and math competency assessment
- Certification of Registered Behavior Technician must be obtained within one year of date of hire
- Comply with all relevant professional standards of practice
- Current CPR if applicable
- TB questionnaire PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
