Workplace Ambassador

The Workplace Ambassador is the welcoming face and heartbeat of the workplace shaping an environment where employees and visitors feel supported energized and connected. This role blends hospitality operations and community-buildingperfect for someone who enjoys helping others solving problems and creating a great workplace experience.

As the central point of contact for the office you will ensure that daily operations run smoothly while fostering a warm collaborative and service-oriented atmosphere.

What Youll Do

Deliver Exceptional Service
Serve as the go-to resource for employees and visitors answering questions resolving concerns and ensuring everyone feels valued and supported.

Lead Front Desk Operations
Oversee the reception area by greeting visitors managing access control supporting visitor registration and handling phone calls in a professional and efficient manner.

Support Workplace Needs
Assist employees with room bookings equipment requests and coordination of IT support. Provide consistent guidance on workplace policies procedures and resources.

Help Bring Events to Life
Play a key role in planning and executing workplace events meetings and team activitiescoordinating room setups catering audiovisual needs and onsite logistics.

Enhance Workplace Amenities
Oversee break rooms lounges wellness rooms and collaborative spaces ensuring they remain organized clean and fully functional throughout the day.

Guide Workplace Communications
Share important updates announcements and information through email newsletters and digital signage to keep employees informed and engaged.

Champion Health & Safety
Promote a safe and secure environment by reinforcing protocols reporting hazards and guiding employees through emergency procedures when needed.

Build Community
Support team-building activities social events wellness initiatives and recognition programs that strengthen company culture and foster connection.

Educate on Policies & Procedures
Help employees understand and follow workplace guidelines to ensure a smooth respectful and productive environment.

Drive Continuous Improvement

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or coursework in customer service or business is a plus.
Experience in customer service or hospitality ideally within a corporate or commercial real estate setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with people of all backgrounds.
Excellent organization and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Comfort working with workplace technologies office equipment and digital tools.
