Primary Purpose
As part of North American Supply Planning organization this Supply Chain Manager will lead a team of supply chain analysts - supporting Supply Planning Inventory and Demand Planning - in a high value location to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations through data analysis strategic planning and process improvement. This role is critical in ensuring that our supply chain functions are optimized and aligned with the companys overall leader will support talent selection onboarding and performance management across the analyst team location in the high value leader will work with the Americas based team to ensure business objectives are being met for the function andcan additionally take on supply planning and IBP activities as needed to support the team priorities.
Key Role & Responsibility
Education & Expereience
MBA inSupply Chain Logistics Business or related field required with 8 years experience in Supply Chain Planning Logistics Sales Marketing Operations Finance Customer Service or a relate field required.
Demonstrated ability to analyze trouble-shoot problem solve and resolve complex issues required.
Demonstrated success leading and championing substantive business plan recommendations for senior divisional leadership required.
Ability to manage larger projects and/or process improvement initiatives with cross functional teams using advanced influencing & leadership skills required.
Strong communication organization and coaching skills required.
Proficiency with MS Excel Power Point Word and ERP (ex: SAP) ECC APO required; MS Access preferred.
Will have supervisory responsibility and/or provide formal technical support guidance and mentoring to new Supply Planners or Analysts.
Self-management of work and work of team members as applicable
Able to lead larger projects with cross-functional teams
Developed Project Management and Leadership skill
Executes work using data from multiple sources & established methods.
Relies on subject matter expertise and judgment to plan prioritize and accomplish goals.
Identifies opportunities to improve service metric
Ability to manage multiple Stakeholders handling different priorities and proper communication. Ability to align conflicting priorities between functional groups.
