Job Advert
We are seeking an experienced life story worker who can support the Children in Our Care team at Bedford Borough with producing high quality life story books to assist children and young people in understanding their journey and direct life story work with children and young people may be required.
You must have experience of working with children an understanding of trauma and the ability to communicate with a range of audiences.
Job share will be considered.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. If your application is successful you will be required to declare any spent and unspent convictions adult cautions (simple or conditional) that are not protected as defined by the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (as amended in 2013 and 2020).
