Opportunity Overview:
Responsible for supervising the activities in the Repair operations.
Monitor and evaluate team and individual performance. (KPI and annual goals )
Determines and allocates required resources (manpower materials and machine) to accomplish production requirements.
Establishes strategic goals for the team (in-line with the companys goal).
Accomplishes financial goals by forecasting requirements preparing budget scheduling expenditures evaluate variances initiating corrective actions.
Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems; identifying trends; recommending system improvements.
Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems.
Ensures operation of equipment; ensures equipment are periodically maintained.
Initiate and drive process/continuous improvement activities.
Production/Strategic Planning
Responsible for safety personnel proper utilization of company assets and the upkeep of the surrounding work environment.

BS Degree on either electronics electrical computer Industrial or mechanical Engineering.
At least 1 year experience in a supervisory role.
Proficient in the use of various MS Apps i.e. Excel Word PowerPoint Visio
Proficient in data analysis and high attention to details.
Works well with people within and outside the organization.
