Job Purpose

Travel consultants are the heart of Amex GBT and provide outstanding service to our corporate business clients. As a team operations lead youll support our travel consultants and ensure they have everything they need to support their clients.
Every day in this role is different and requires a balance between analytical and communication skills. Youll need to solve problems see through processes and communicate with partners throughout different parts of the organization to advocate for travel consultants and travelers.

What youll do:

• Support and mentor your team of travel consultants in their daily work
• Foster a culture of continuous learning feedback and motivation
• Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions
• Identify development opportunities and support career growth
• Contribute to building a positive and high-performing workplace culture
• Ensure the team complies with all legal standard requirements which include mandatory training compliance and sanctions
• Deliver expectations on individual/shared team goals and support all business KPIs

What were looking for:

• Minimum 2 years experience managing teams
• Coaching skills is an advantage
• Background in the travel industry or customer service
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Empathetic structured and solution-oriented mindset
• Fluent in Danish and English (spoken and written)
• Enthusiastic about helping others grow and succeed
