Job Description

Are you a proactive detail-oriented professional with a passion for organization and a knack for creating seamless office operations Oxford Instruments is looking for an enthusiasticOffice Managerto join our regional team in Wiesbaden on a 2- year contract to oversee daily operations coordinate facilities and support our team in maintaining an efficient and welcoming workplace.

Your Role

As our Office Manager youll take charge of:

  • Office Management: Managing daily office functions coordinating facilities repairs maintaining supplies and overseeing seating arrangements.
  • Communication & Coordination: Serving as the central contact for internal and external stakeholders including building management clients and vendors.
  • Onboarding & Budgeting: Assisting with new employee onboarding and managing office budgets and expenses.
  • Reception Duties: Ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for all visitors organizing meetings and maintaining common areas.
  • General Support: Assisting executives with reports events and correspondence while ensuring adherence to health and safety policies.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 1 years in office management or administration with a solid understanding of workflows and best practices.
  • Bilingual proficiency in German and English (written and verbal).
  • Advanced computer skills especially in MS Office (Outlook Excel PowerPoint).
  • Budget management and expense tracking experience.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
  • A proactive self-starter with a can-do attitude.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and skilled at building positive relationships.
