This includes hiring training and mentoring new staff scheduling shifts and assigning table sections to waitstaff. AGMs will also monitor and evaluate employee performance and provide guidance and support as needed.
AGMs will coordinate activities between the front and back of the restaurant to provide customers with an exceptional experience. They will also resolve customer questions and complaints professionally.
Oversee the opening and closing of the restaurant and may use checklists prepared by the restaurant manager. Maintaining the restaurant Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant including dining areas restrooms and kitchen facilities.
Handle cash transactions manage financial processes and maintain accurate sales expenses and inventory records.
Align with the companys objectives resolve potential issues and foster a positive work culture. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients partners and stakeholders.
