Reporting to: Senior Sales Support Specialist

Sales Support Specialist I
The Sales Support Specialist I will assist in managing sales processes maintaining client records and ensuring smooth communication between the sales department and other teams.
Job Responsibilities
Create client data like customer projects contacts quotations and sales order in CRM
Maintain and update sales databases ensuring all information is accurate and current
Prepare and present sales reports with counterparts
Maintain sales-related documentation including sales tracker client files and meeting notes
Coordinate with other departments such as project managers and finance to facilitate smooth sales operations
Continuously identify opportunities to improve sales processes workflows and systems
Perform related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Proficiency in MS Office Suite such as Excel Word and PowerPoint
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of ERP or CRM is an advantage but not required.
Work set-up and working hours:
- 10:00 am - 7:00 pm 2:30pm - 11:30pm PHT Monday to Friday
