Seasonal Childcare Associate- Daytime

Location: Mount Pleasant campus

This position reports to: Lil Coasters & MTP Childcare Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• A Heart to Serve
  • Provide age appropriate childcare during approved Seacoast events
  • Carry out program responsibilities which may include but not limited to: feeding changing diapers escorts to bathrooms overseeing nap time allowing free play and cheerfully interacting with children through games stories crafts and play
  • Provide a clean and healthy environment for kids following all safety policies and procedures
  • Greet parents establish trust and rapport by building relationships with the children in your care
  • Act as a positive role model and treating each child with dignity and respect

Job Essentials:

• Christ Follower (As a religious organization Seacoast Church makes hiring decisions that are aligned to our faith and beliefs)
• Must be available to work flexible schedule including some weekday and weeknight shifts weekend shifts and/or holiday shifts
• A passion for caring for children who can relate well to both the kids and adults
• Ability to maintain good attendance and punctuality
• At least one year of childcare experience preferred
