- Gather analyze and document business requirements for new features and complex third-party integrations
- Create detailed user stories workflows and acceptance criteria to ensure clarity for development and QA teams
- Collaborate closely with engineers QA specialists product managers and client stakeholders to align on priorities and deliverables
- Support planning estimation and release management processes within a multinational distributed team
- Analyze advertising workflows and AdTech integrations to optimize campaign management and platform efficiency
- Take ownership of backlog and requirements management for new feature development
- Work with the AdTech stack including integrations with ad servers CRMs and payment providers ensuring smooth end-to-end workflows
- Define processes for complex ad operations and campaign management scenarios
- Contribute to the evolution of a high-load industry-leading advertising platform used globally
- Act as a lead analyst driving backlog management requirements prioritization and cross-team communication
Qualifications :
- At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner
- Solid background in AdTech MarTech or Digital Advertising domains
- Proven hands-on experience in requirements gathering user story creation and defining acceptance criteria
- Experience with API integrations payment systems CRMs and ad servers
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with enterprise clients and distributed teams
- At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English
Would be a plus:
- Knowledge of DSPs SSPs ad servers and programmatic advertising flows
- Experience working with high-load platforms and real-time integrations
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
