The Job

Work Partners are seeking Field Sales Representatives throughoutMelbourne and surrounding areas for an immediate start.

There are multiple positionsavailable and we are interviewing and conducting training in your area thisweek. We are seeking both experienced and non experienced people to hit theground running.

No experience No problem. As much asexperience is valuable its more important to find the right person with awinning attitude. If you are motivated with excellent communication skills andcan walk the talk youre right for this job.

You will be responsible fordriving membership acquisition and revenue opportunities via prospecting and will conduct authorised visits to workplaces byappointment meeting with employees to discuss the benefits of being a memberof a Union by converting enrolling empowering and inspiring your audience

You will receive first classtraining and receive a great base hourly rate uncapped commissions petrol phone allowance with realistic sales targets that are easily achievable.

• You have proven sales experience

• Youare a self-starter are professionally-minded and highly motivated
• You are friendly and approachable with a great personality
• You haveprofessional business attire and appearance.
• You havea current and valid drivers license with good driving record
• Youwould enjoy a competitive base rate plus uncapped commissions with OTE of $65Kper annum working lifestyle hours
• You have excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• You can communicate effectively with all types of people.
• You can set priorities multi-task resolve problems negotiate and manage your time.
• You have leadership ability to influence develop and empower people
• You can conduct yourself in professional manner
• You are able to receive constructive feedback in a positive manner.

ATypical Day In The Life........

• You plan and schedule your week accordingly. There is absolutely NO cold calling - All of your appointments have been authorised and pre-scheduled for you.
• You meetup with the Team on a Monday morning for the weekly sales meeting in theRichmond Office or via Teleconference.
• Your nextmeeting you may coordinate attend and conduct an informal Member presentationover lunch in the staff room again assisting for completion of forms andobtaining personal details. Each day you strive to meet your sales goals.
• Youschedule further future dates to come back to chat with others you missed outon talking to today and pencil in your diary.
• You then forwardyour completed and checked forms/reports and fax or email to the Data EntryTeam.
• You have finishedfor the day Too Easy!!
• You hop into your car and drive to various locations and work places throughout Melbourne and the surrounding suburbs.
• Each day you serve as an Ambassador on behalf of Australia and New Zealand Trade Unions and Work Partners. It is an important job.
• On arrival you meet and greet potential members chatting over coffee and cake. You discuss the lifestyle benefits of becoming a Union member. You are iinitiating conversations and selling memberships in a consultative helpful manner helping to complete paperwork and answering any questions.
• You go the afternoon you call your Sales Manager with any areas of concern you may have and work through any sales objections to better your performance next time.
