This is a trusted and dynamic position where your professionalism confidentiality insight and coordination skills will provide exceptional executive support to the Chief People Officer (CPO) and play a key role in ensuring the effective operation of the People and Wellbeing function.
What Youll Do
- Provide strategic and operational support to the Chief People Officer
- Coordinate reporting compliance and planning across People and Wellbeing
- Prepare executive communications briefings and presentations
- Organise divisional events and contribute to a positive staff experience
- Provide budget management and oversight for the division
What Were Looking For
- Experience supporting executives in complex fast-paced environments
- Strong judgement discretion and ability to manage confidential matters
- Skilled in building trusted relationships across diverse stakeholders
- Proactive organised and able to manage competing priorities
- Confident with Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools
- Committed to inclusive service-oriented ways of working
- Curious adaptable and aligned with our values and purpose
