Job Summary

Site Manager Site Superintendent - Full-time

Location:Lafayette IN

Required Qualifications:

A Bachelors degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering or Architecture
Experience and/or coursework in mechanical systems
Work experience in the construction industry
Experience must include the ability to read drawings manage subcontractors work and effectively manage project schedules and deadlines
Knowledge of MS Project scheduling software

Job Description

Manage the on-site construction activities at projects located throughout the United States
Act as the point of contact at the project site
Be responsible for the successful execution of projects including close coordination with the customer
Assist to the extent of your abilities in carrying out the work needed to ultimately deliver a quality product to clients within budget and on schedule
