Job Description
Our client a new-generation slot and casino game provider focused on fast sleek and mobile-optimized content is looking for a highly skilled 2D Artist to create premium visual assets for online slot this role youll design high-quality graphics from symbols and backgrounds to UI and promotional materials ensuring top-tier aesthetics and seamless integration with animations and gameplay.
Location: Portugal Poland
Type: full-time remote
Start date: ASAP
Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality 2D assets for slot games including symbols backgrounds UI elements and marketing graphics;
- Collaborate with animators to prepare layered animation-ready artwork;
- Work with game designers to maintain thematic consistency and enhance gameplay clarity;
- Develop concepts mood boards and style guides for projects;
- Optimize assets for multiple resolutions and performance requirements;
- Refine artwork to meet brand technical and regulatory standards across jurisdictions.
Requirements
- Strong portfolio of 2D art ideally for online slot or casino games;
- Expert knowledge of Photoshop Illustrator and industry-standard 2D tools;
- Solid grasp of composition color theory typography and visual hierarchy;
- Experience preparing assets for animation (separation layering parallax planning);
- Proven teamwork in multidisciplinary environments;
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Spine After Effects or similar animation tools;
- Familiarity with game development pipelines and version control systems;
- Understanding of cultural and jurisdictional nuances in casino game visuals.
