About the Opportunity
Our client is a dynamic multi-hyphenate entrepreneur and the founder of a diverse portfolio of ventures. We are seeking a fast creative and social-media-native Junior Content Creator to support the founders growing personal brand across platforms like LinkedIn Instagram and TikTok.
This role is for a true content generator who lives and breathes social media. While your skills in creating and editing short-form video must be exceptional you will also be responsible for producing high-quality graphics enhancing photos and creating other forms of engaging digital content. We are looking for a creative who can take raw assets and rapidly turn them into dynamic on-brand content. The ideal candidate is obsessed with social media trends has a keen eye for brand aesthetics and has a workflow built for speed and efficiency.

- Who is a creator or brand on social media whose visual content you admire and why
- What is your availability (part-time/full-time) and what is your expected compensation rate in your local currency
Key Responsibilities
- Video-First Content: Rapidly edit raw video footage into polished short-form videos for social media.
- Graphic & Photo Content: Design compelling graphics enhance photos and create content such as carousels and Reels from static images.
- Creative Enhancement: Add dynamic captions engaging graphics and select appropriate sound effects and music to all content.
- Content Repurposing: Repurpose long-form content (e.g. from interviews or talks) into multiple impactful micro-videos and static posts.
- Trend Integration: Stay constantly updated on the latest social media trends formats and editing styles and proactively suggest new content ideas.
- Asset Management: Organise and manage a library of brand assets for efficient use.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- A proven portfolio of high-quality engaging social media content with a strong emphasis on video.
- Expert-level proficiency in at least one fast-editing video tool (e.g. CapCut Adobe Premiere Rush) and strong skills in graphic design tools (e.g. Canva).
- A passion for speed and efficiency; you pride yourself on your ability to turn around excellent content on tight deadlines.
- Brand Aware: A strong creative eye for storytelling pacing and brand aesthetics ensuring all content is cohesive and on-brand.
- Extremely organised with excellent attention to detail.
- A proactive and collaborative mindset able to take feedback and contribute creative ideas.
