Position Mission:Carry out collections from residential and commercial customers through phone calls emails visits and WhatsApp messages to recover outstanding debts and retain customers. Also make calls to offer meter reinstallation to reduce service cancellations and perform administrative activities to achieve departmental and company objectives.

Your Impact:As Collections Analyst you will have the opportunity to contribute directly to our mission by performing the following key functions: briefly describe how these responsibilities.

Requirements:To join our team as Collections Analyst we are looking for: Make calls to notify customers whose recurring payment or direct debit was declined or to report any issues in the process aiming to recover income and inform the customer of potential impacts.

Make calls and assigned visits to collect overdue balances from customers supporting the achievement of collection goals.

Make retention calls to customers who have been without a meter for two months inviting them to pay the overdue amount and continue their service before final cancellation aiming to recover the debt and retain the customer.

Call customers who do not have a meter and no outstanding balance to encourage meter reinstallation (rec-remo) supporting the net cancellation reduction goal.

Support collection specialists in processing administrative cancellations due to debt ensuring proper issuance of the final invoice so the customer can be included in the uncollectible process.

Collaborate on collection strategies according to new projects and be open to performing analysis and activities related to the department.

Education and Experience:Bachelors degree in Administration Finance or Accounting with two to three years of experience.

Technical Skills:Customer service and collections.

Key Competencies:Negotiation analytical thinking effective communication planning adaptability to change.

Languages:Not required.
