Job Title: Customer Service Representative German Market
Location: Remote within Greece (Work from Home)
Base Location: Athens (for relocation)
Contract Type: Full-time
Relocation Package (for candidates moving from abroad):

Work-from-Home Information:

If relocating: WAH set-up is in Athens

If local candidate: WAH possible from anywhere in Greece
Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service in German (via phone email and chat).

Handle inquiries resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain professionalism and empathy while working remotely.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality support.
Requirements:

Fluency in German (C1 level) good English skills (B2).

Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving abilities.

Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
