Job Summary
Remote German English Customer Service Representative (Athens Greece)
Start Date: 26 December 2025
Location: Athens Greece (Remote)
Schedule:

MondayFriday: 10:00 a.m. 6:30 p.m.
-
SaturdaySunday: 11:00 a.m. 7:30 p.m.
(5 working days per week 40 hours total)
About the Role
We are looking for a German English speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international team based in this role you will provide high-quality support to customers through phone email and chat helping to resolve issues answer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
This is a fully remote position in Greece ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others and thrive in a multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities

Provide customer support in German and English via phone email and chat

Assist customers with product or service-related inquiries

Resolve issues efficiently and professionally

Keep accurate records of customer interactions

Collaborate with team members and follow company procedures
Requirements

Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2)

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Comfortable using computer systems and multitasking tools

Previous experience in customer service is an advantage

EU work permit or Greek residence
Salary & Benefits
Salary: 1380 gross/month 14 payments per year
