Assignments :
As anAsset & Reliability Engineer you will support the development and implementation ofasset management and reliability best practicesacross production sites. Your responsibilities will include:
- Feeding thelong-term asset planwith key data to evaluate technical health.
- Developing and implementingtechnical health evaluation techniquesthrough preventive maintenance inspections.
- Modelingasset remaining lifetimeand estimating criticality.
- Performingcriticality and Pareto analysesto identify top performance issues.
- Facilitatingroot cause analysis (RCA)for major technical failures.
- Defining and implementingreliability improvement actionsin collaboration with technical services.
- Optimizingpreventive maintenance plansby comparing inspections with asset failure data.
- Translating improvement actions intojob instructions task lists and SAP updates.

Profile
The profile
You hold aBSc or MSc in Engineering with education inreliability engineering or maintenance management and at least2 years of experience in reliability engineering. You are fluent inFrench and English(Dutch is a plus) and have experience withCMMS preferably SAP. Autonomous proactive and a strong team player you thrive inmulti-team environmentsand communicate effectively across disciplines. Experience in thechemical process industryis an advantage.
