Job Summary

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-

Pharmacist - Clinical Advanced BMT

PharmMD - CLINICAL BMT

Full-Time

Clinical Advanced Pharmacist candidates for the BMT Unit will have the following job responsibilities:

The Transplant Cellular Therapy Clinical Pharmacy Specialist is responsible for the provision of comprehensive clinical pharmacy services for the TCT clinic.
This individual serves as a resource for the BMT/Cellular Therapy the interdisciplinary team and other pharmacists.
Duties will include the coordination education and medication management of anti-neoplastic and immunomodulating medications with oversight of organization-wide collaboration on quality projects.
Additional duties will include the coordination and application of anti-neoplastic and immunomodulating medications with management of organization-wide collaboration on quality projects.
Participation on multi-disciplinary rounds including pharmacokinetic and therapeutic consultation will be performed.

EDUCATION:

Doctor of Pharmacy Degree (PharmD) Required!

EXPERIENCE:

Looking for a Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) Completed a residency in this area and has a few years of RECENT (WITHIN THE LAST YEAR) Pharmacist in an acute hospital setting * MUST HAVE ONCOLOGY and BMT EXPERIENCE

Candidates MUST HAVE TCT CAR-T or BMT EXPERIENCE

Must have FL Pharmacy License. * would entertain if they started the process of obtaining it and have an ETA as to when they will receive it as well!
