- Lead and oversee advanced manufacturing processes to ensure quality efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement advanced manufacturing technologies.
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science technology engineering mathematics.
- Proven experience in advanced manufacturing process optimization and lean manufacturing principles.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies such as automation robotics and additive manufacturing.
- Experience with data analysis and statistical process control.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
