DescriptionIn this role you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our manufacturing processes contributing to the overall success and growth of our organization by driving continuous improvement initiatives and implementing innovative technologies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement advanced manufacturing strategies to enhance productivity and improve product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and achieve operational goals.
- Identify and implement advanced manufacturing technologies to drive innovation and cost efficiencies.
- Analyze manufacturing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
ResponsibilitiesYOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science technology engineering mathematics.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in advanced manufacturing engineering and process optimization.
- Strong knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies such as automation robotics and additive manufacturing.
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
