Job Title: Temporary Credit & Collections Support
Primary Location: Schaumburg IL
Position Type: Part-Time 20 hours/week Up to 90-Day Contract
Overview
TalentFish is casting a line for a Temporary Credit & Collections Support role. This is a part-time contract position in Schaumburg IL (20 hours/week for up to 90 days). This role exists to provide support to the Credit & Collections team by ensuring accurate account maintenance reconciliations reporting and administrative support.
What You Bring to the Role (Ideal Experience)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables and v-lookups
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and follow directions
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Experience supporting credit collections or accounting teams preferred
What Youll Do (Skills Used in this Position)
Run Hubble reports on tariff charges
Create debit/credit memos
Reconcile customer accounts and payments/deductions
Update and maintain customer accounts within JDE
Revise invoices as needed
Create and update Excel spreadsheets
Run credit reports within Dun & Bradstreet
Assist other team members as needed
Perform various job-related responsibilities as assigned
Compensation Information
The expected salary range for this position is $16 - $20 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. This role also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance a 401(k) plan and paid time off. TalentFish is committed to pay transparency and equal opportunity.
