Job Summary
Pay Range:
$28.14 - $42.21A successful candidates actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience skills training certifications and education.

oSchedule: Full time 40 hrs/wk Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm
oLocation: 100% remote accepting applicants that can work remotely and live in AZ FL IL IN KY MI MO NC NE NH SC TN TX OH WI or WY.

INTERNET SPEED REQUIREMENTS:
Download speeds must be at least 20 Mb or higher. (100 Mb or higher is preferred.)
Upload speeds must be at least 6 Mb or higher. (10 Mb or higher is preferred.)
Latency/Ping must be under 100 ms. (Under 60 ms is preferred.)
Education Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems Computer Science Human Resources Business or related field is required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent plus five (5) years of experience in healthcare information technology human resources payroll or related experience may be accepted in lieu of a Bachelors degree.
Experience Qualifications
- Three (3) years of HRIS Analyst experience or Information Technology Human Resources or Payroll experience is preferred.
- (This experience level is required in addition to the experience that would be required in lieu of education if colleague does not meet the Bachelors degree requirement.)
Certifications Licenses and Registrations
- Workday certification in designated functionality module(s) is preferred.
