Job Description
Position Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Project Planner to play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of our complex mission-critical projects. You will be responsible for developing managing and analyzing project schedules to ensure timely and efficient execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop maintain and manage comprehensive master project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Monitor and track project progress performing regular schedule updates and baseline maintenance.
- Collaborate closely with contractors suppliers and client representatives to ensure schedule integration and accuracy.
- Prepare detailed progress reports schedule analysis and variance reports for project stakeholders.
- Proactively identify potential schedule risks delays and opportunities developing effective mitigation and recovery plans.
- Support project controls functions by providing critical schedule data for performance measurement and reporting.
Qualifications & Experience
- A minimum of 10 years of direct experience in project planning and scheduling.
- Proven experience working on data center or other mission-critical facility projects is essential.
- Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6 is mandatory.
- Strong skills in MS Project and advanced MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Solid understanding of data center construction methodologies sequencing and MEP systems.
- Demonstrated expertise in critical path method (CPM) scheduling and earned value management (EVM).
