Job Summary

Position Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Project Planner to play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of our complex mission-critical projects. You will be responsible for developing managing and analyzing project schedules to ensure timely and efficient execution.

Key Responsibilities

Develop maintain and manage comprehensive master project schedules using Primavera P6.
Monitor and track project progress performing regular schedule updates and baseline maintenance.
Collaborate closely with contractors suppliers and client representatives to ensure schedule integration and accuracy.
Prepare detailed progress reports schedule analysis and variance reports for project stakeholders.
Proactively identify potential schedule risks delays and opportunities developing effective mitigation and recovery plans.
Support project controls functions by providing critical schedule data for performance measurement and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

A minimum of 10 years of direct experience in project planning and scheduling.
Proven experience working on data center or other mission-critical facility projects is essential.
Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6 is mandatory.
Strong skills in MS Project and advanced MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Solid understanding of data center construction methodologies sequencing and MEP systems.
Demonstrated expertise in critical path method (CPM) scheduling and earned value management (EVM).
