The Donor CareTeam is an integral part of Plan International Canada as it supports the care retention and acquisition of our donor portfolio. Working collaboratively within a team of creative high energy and like-minded individuals the ideal candidate will bring an innovative and professional approach to the team and embody the vision and mission of Plan International Canada.
Provide exceptional customer service have empathy and build rapportto make every interaction meaningfulthrough phone email written correspondence and live chat
Ensure optimum performance and first call resolution through active listening adaptable conversational skills and persuasive questions
Re-engage lapsed donorsand build donor loyalty by providing recommendations and alternative solutions to maintain a donors financial contribution
Continuously educate and inform donors about the impact Plan International Canada is having around the world enabled through their generosity
Contribute to the success of Plan International Canadas campaigns through process improvements and donation processing

Plan International Canada is a hybrid workplace. You will work from the office and from home.
The compensation for this position is $ 38000. We comprehensively evaluate a variety of factors to determine fair compensation including experience specific job-related skills and relevant educational or professional training. Additionally we ensure that compensation is equitable across our team and aligns with current market trends. This role also qualifies for an extensive benefits package and generous paid time off.
