Key Responsibilities
- Climb and perform technical tree removals (manual and crane-assisted)
- Prune trees in accordance with ANSI A300 standards
- Operate from aerial lifts or climb trees when needed
- Work closely with crane operators and ground crew for efficient removals
- Maintain clean and safe job sites from start to finish
- Uphold company safety protocols and arboricultural best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional tree climbing experience
- Strong pruning knowledge and familiarity with ANSI A300 standards (or willingness to learn)
- Crane crew or rigging experience preferred
- Aerial lift/bucket truck experience a plus
- Valid Drivers License (required)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card
- Must pass background check
- Excellent communication and a team-first safety-minded attitude

Schedule
- Full-time Monday through Friday
- 40-50 hours per week
- Consistent year-round work
Location
- Based in Chalfont PA
- Servicing clients throughout Bucks and Montgomery Counties
